Terms of Service & Non-Refund Policy

1. Service Acceptance

By installing the ShopifyRadar Chrome extension or purchasing a digital access pass on shopifyradar.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Digital Passes, Cryptocurrency & Strict No-Refund Policy

Please read this section carefully before completing any cryptocurrency payment:

One-Time Passes: All paid tiers (Pro Monthly 30-day Pass and Pro Annual 365-day Pass) are sold as non-recurring digital access passes. There are no automatic monthly credit card rebills.
Immediate Fulfillment: Digital access is provisioned immediately upon blockchain network confirmation via our automated webhook.
Strict Non-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital extraction software, downloadable CSV schemas, and irreversible on-chain cryptocurrency transactions (USDT, USDC, etc.), all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use & Fair Scraping Guidelines

ShopifyRadar is an operational and market research tool designed to parse publicly available storefront data. Users agree not to:

Use the extension to conduct Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against target storefronts.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the licensing verification API.
Share single-user Pro license accounts across multiple concurrent automated bots.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShopifyRadar is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Shopify Inc. We make no warranty that target third-party Shopify stores will keep their public JSON endpoints accessible indefinitely, as external store owners maintain independent control over their access rules.

5. Governing Law & Inquiries
